One of the most important ingredients is inositol, a complex element that promotes cell growth and activates blood circulation,  and thus prevents the signs of aging and reduces the appearance of skin pores. You will find that the following benefits are most visible:

  • Soft and even skin
  • Excellent natural toner
  • Open clogged pores
  • Add a protective layer to the skin
  • To get shiny and soft hair, add to hair and scalp

Manufacture of rice water

When you cook rice for food and boil it in loose water, you can use the remaining water for beauty or health care. If you make rice water only for these purposes, cook according to these instructions (and of course you can eat the “remaining” rice as well).

Substances:

  • 1.3 dl white rice
  • 1 liter of water

Manufacturing:

  • Boil water in a saucepan, add rice and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Strain the rice and place the liquid in a glass container. If you want to apply it on the skin, allow to cool in the refrigerator and apply with a cotton ball.

Pregnant women are advised to drink a couple of liters of chilled rice water daily.

In some countries, such as Mexico, it is customary to sweeten rice water with sugar and season with cinnamon. This way it can be served as a food drink or a gourmet drink, but in the treatment of diarrhea and anyway it is recommended to enjoy it as it is.
