Combat Facial Flaccid With Home Training

How is this done?
- Inhale and puff your cheek.

3. Eyelids

- Place your index finger between the lower eye and the nose.
- Without opening your mouth, start blinking your eyes quickly and try to look at the ceiling.
- Blink for 20-30 seconds, and repeat the set three times.
5. Oral area
The skin of the mouth is under constant strain due to the sun, toxins and many foods.
The skin on the lips is thinner than elsewhere and is often left without skin care routines. Fortunately, the next firming exercise is a very easy help and can be repeated many times a day.
How is this done?
- Open your mouth as wide as possible, hold this position for three seconds, and then close your mouth.
- Do this ten repetitions and repeat the set 2-3 times.
- Make vocal sounds in front of the mirror, and try to move your mouth very generously.
- Do ten repetitions and then relax.
6. Chin and neck
If you practice these areas every day, you will be able to prevent them from slackening.
How does this happen?
- Stand or sit with your back straight.
- Lean your head back to the ceiling, and move your mouth as if you were chewing.
- Do this for a few seconds, then return to the starting position, and do 10-15 reps.
