  • 3 medium-sized avocados
  • 4 tablespoons crude coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 6 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 60 ml of fermented vegetable drink
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
