  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 ml of water
  • 60 g sugar
  • 240 ml of whipped cream

  • 80 ml of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated chocolate for decoration
  • 15 ml of orange liqueur
  • 15 g almonds for decoration
