Longer Lashes Naturally

Longer lashes naturally

Who among us would not dream of having thicker and longer lashes ? Eyelashes grow in the same way as hair; they can fall over time, break and grow back. If your lashes are in poor condition due to traces of mascara, mascara, coloring or rubbing, you need to patiently wait for their back growth.

Genes affect how long and thick your lashes grow for you, but there are a few tricks you can use to accelerate their growth. How? Nourishing the inside of the body can support hair and eyelash growth. There are also natural substances that you can put directly on your lashes to enhance their growth. If your goal is longer lashes, keep reading.

Vitamin H or Biotin

You’ve probably heard of the effect of biotin on hair growth and strengthening, and the same goes for lashes. Indeed, biotin is used in many hair care products and supplements. This water-soluble vitamin is also found in nature in sardines, walnuts, almonds, yeast, bananas and whole grains. In addition to these, biotin is present in egg yolks. If you eat a whole egg, keep in mind that egg whites contain a protein called avidin, which prevents the absorption of biotin.

Antioxidants

Vitamins C and E are antioxidant vitamins that are important for hair and eyelash growth and development. If you suffer from vitamin C deficiency, your hair may feel dry and easily broken. Vitamin C prevents free radical damage to the hair and keeps it healthy and vibrant. Vitamin E, on the other hand, accelerates the blood circulation in the scalp, which leads to an improvement in the condition of the scalp. Both of these vitamins are abundant in citrus fruits, avocados, and green plants such as spinach and kale.

Olive oil

In the evening, rub a small amount of olive oil or rapeseed oil on the eyelids, right at the base of the lashes. You can dip the cotton swab in the oil and apply it to the root of the lashes to get directly to the root of the lashes. The oil treats the lashes and helps them grow longer and thicker. When you repeat the treatment every night before going to bed, you should see new lashes after 1-2 months. New lashes are stronger and healthier than existing lashes.

Emu oil

Australian Aboriginal people have relied on the power of emu oil since time immemorial, making it one of the world’s oldest organic creams. Emmu oil is rich in important fatty acids and can be used e.g. for treating various skin problems such as acne, softening scars, relieving muscle and joint pain and relieving inflammation. This wonderful oil also stimulates eyelash growth. Apply a small amount of oil directly to the lashes. The oil accelerates the growth of the lashes and treats and moisturizes them.

Petrolatum

Vaseline works in the same way as olive oil and rapeseed oil. Rub a small cam directly on the base of the lashes every night before going to bed. You can also let the Vaseline work for 15 minutes and then wash it off if you want. You will notice new lashes growing after a few weeks.

Longer lashes with a healthy diet

Focus on getting a lot of protein and vitamins from your diet as they support the growth of healthy lashes. Invest especially in fish, eggs, beans and yogurt. If you are vegan, try soy protein.

Eyelash extensions are commonplace these days, but sensitive eyes can get severe allergic reactions to mascara glue, and when they want to remove their lashes, they often take their own lashes with them. Try natural lash beautifiers instead.
